Our online skin consultation is for anyone who is troubled by a skin issue or simply looking to achieve beautiful skin. Our skin experts are trained in how to get to the root of a skin symptom, as we’ve seen countless skin types and problems before. If your skin is generally symptom-free, our experts can help you choose products and services to optimise the beauty of your skin now and into the future.

Our online skin consultation will include a chat with one of our skin experts, who can answer any questions you have about your skin, including any skin issues or symptoms. The expert may ask about your skincare routine and may recommend certain products or services to support the health of your skin.

You will have a chance to ask any questions about your skin to one of our experts. They may recommend products or services to support your skin care routine.

Eligibility

1. Age Requirement: Clients must be over 18 years of age to participate in an online consultation.
2. Service Scope: Online consultations are only available for non-surgical and non-medical related procedures. For medical advice, clients should contact their medical practitioner.

Booking and Payment

1. Booking: Clients can book an online consultation through our website or by calling our office.
2. Payment: The consultation fee must be paid in full at the time of booking. The fee for a 15-minute consultation is $35.00.
3. Refund Policy: The consultation fee is non-refundable but can be redeemed towards the client’s first treatment within three months from the date of payment.

Conducting the Consultation

1. Platforms: Consultations can be conducted via WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet.
2. Privacy: All consultations are private and confidential. Personal information and consultation details will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.
3. Preparation: Clients should ensure they have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for the consultation.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

1. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their consultation at least 24 hours in advance without incurring additional charges.
2. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Conduct and Responsibilities

1. Client Conduct: Clients must provide accurate information during the consultation and follow the clinician’s instructions.
2. Clinician Conduct: Our clinicians will conduct the consultation with professionalism, providing the best possible advice and care.
3. Respect and Behavior: We have the utmost respect for our clients and their privacy. We do not tolerate verbal abuse or any disrespectful remarks or gestures. We reserve the right to terminate the call if we feel that foul language or behavior is maintained during the video consultation.
