Things to know before making an appointment

Dear client, as you know time has become precious. As a general policy we do require a 10% deposit (minimum $25) for appointments exceeding 30 minutes to avoid unnecessary or repetitive cancellations. This amount can be made by credit card, money order or cash to secure your booking.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes earlier if possible; as we have selected times allocated to each service, our treatments are completed at the scheduled time.

Our Cancellation Policy
We do require twenty-four (24hrs) prior notice to reschedule or cancel appointments; otherwise a fee of 20% of the treatment price will be incurred.
                       CONSULTATIONS are complimentary and FREE of charge.
